HILARY Magazine (www.hilary.com) was the first online women's magazine. In 1995, when Hilary was just 15, she set out to make a magazine that would be a positive influence in young women's lives. The goal: fashion, fun and female empowerment!

I founded my first two start-ups when I was 15 (1994/5) by teaching myself code (trial and error, baby!) and web design (ok, so that sounded a tad geeky...), and those businesses are still growing and profitable today.

Hilary also founded Open Social Sundays, a networking event for CEOs in tech, and co-founded The FAME Club (Fashion, Art, Media and Entertainment), which hosts events in NYC.
